Horrible and dehumanizing! I was a patient at the Delran Alliance OB/GYN for 10+ years. I complained of severe menstrual cramps and excessive bleeding constantly, to the point that I couldnt leave my house for 2-3 days every month, and was repeatedly told it was "normal" by 3 different nurse practitioners. I had ultrasounds that showed cysts on my ovary (more than once) and wasnt tested/treated. Instead I was told, each time, to come back in a few weeks. Dr. O himself diagnosed me with fibroids that had shown up on an ultrasound the year prior (that NO ONE called me about) and nothing was done. Each time I'd call after blood work and ultrasounds were done, I was told all is normal, just like the pain I was constantly in. I ended up finding a new gyno, for obvious reasons. The new Dr. not only took me seriously, she ran tests and started me on a birth control and a pain management plan. Ultimately nothing worked and I ended up recently having to have a hysterectomy. Low and behold, I had stage 4 Adenomyosis. Had birth control and pain management been started sooner, it could have been managed and I wouldve been able to keep my uterus. The silver lining however, is that fibroids and a cyst were also found and removed. I spent YEARS having panic attacks every month, days before my period in actual fear of the pain that was inevitably coming and years being told by Alliance that I was "overreacting", the pain was "normal", and that maybe I was "just was one of those women that dont take pain well". I have the actual reports of me complaining and begging for help and being brushed off by them. This is the worst ob/gyn, let alone doctors office, I've ever been to. I wouldnt bring a stray dog that had just bit me on the street into this place!
P.S. The only reason I stayed with them for as long as I did was because they were the only office around me that accepted my insurance.

Stay away!!! Where do I begin? I made an appointment with their female doctor but when I showed up I was told she was double booked and I had to see Dr O (male) instead. I had a few questions during my appointment but he wouldn’t let me ask them during the exam so I sat around for 30 mins until the consultation room opened. A week later I got my pap results back and it had an issue. I tried to call to go over results but they said Dr O would call me Sat morning between 10-12pm. I waited by my phone but never got a call. On Monday I called them again asking for someone to explain my test results. It’s been 2 months and nobody ever called back. I will never ever go back to this practice!

I am so lucky to find Dr O after having such bad experiences with other doctors. At first I was very skeptical and being someone who has medical knowledge I can see easily when a doctor is not doing what they are suppose to. That was not the case with Dr O ...he is very comforting and listens to you . He does extensive lab work and makes sure you are comfortable with your decisions. After getting my myomectomy done 5 days ago I am barely in pain and overall extremely happy with him doing my surgery. It is a little travel for me to come and see him but I think it's worth it to be able to get good services. Thank you Dr O for just being a great doctor and I would refer him to any woman but I would especially refer him to my fellow women of color.

I have been seeing Dr. Obianwu and his team for over 20 years now. He delivered my 3 children. His care and bedside manner are always the best. I moved recently, but will not change my OBGYN. I travel 1.5 hours because of the continuous top-notch care that I have been getting over the years.
