About Dr. Bhaven Murji
Dr. Bhaven Murji learned medicine in hospitals and emergency rooms — first on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic in the UK, then through critical care, rapid response, and labor and delivery. That experience taught him something he now builds his practice around: most of what lands people in the hospital can be seen coming and managed long before it gets there.
As a family medicine physician, he cares for the whole family and the whole person — children and adults, men and women, from routine check-ups and preventive care to chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart and metabolic health, thyroid and hormonal concerns, and everything in between. At Alliance OB/GYN, he leads primary care alongside the women’s health team, so patients can have their primary care and women’s health looked after under one roof, by clinicians who actually talk to each other.
As a triathlete himself, he brings a practical, lived understanding of nutrition, fitness, and long-term wellness to how he counsels patients on staying healthy.
What patients tend to notice first is the time he takes. Care, in his view, is built on continuity and trust, and on treating the person in front of them as a whole human being rather than a problem to be solved one visit at a time.
