Prior to her career at University of Pennsylvania, she worked for Virtua Health System as a certified childbirth educator, and lactation nurse for a decade while she continued advancing her nursing degrees. She has diverse experience with women of all backgrounds and cultures. Her experience and interests are pregnancy management, including high risk pregnancy, maternal fetal medicine, fertility, and empowering women of all ages through education.

She links women with the resources they need, including referrals to colleagues and physicians when needed for procedures or surgical services.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters and three dogs, cooking, baking, walking outdoors, and visiting family.
